1. The service

bualinirmi.tr is a comparison and information service that brings together the prices of PC games across various digital stores. We do not sell games, take payments or distribute game keys. Every purchase always takes place between you and the relevant store.

2. Price accuracy

• Prices are collected automatically from third-party sources and updated at intervals; they may be delayed or inaccurate.
• Stores report prices in US dollars. Turkish lira amounts are approximate values calculated with the current Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey selling rate; a store's regional price may differ.
• “Historical low”, discount and sale information is based on source data and is not guaranteed.
• Always confirm the price and terms on the store's own page before buying; the store's price is what applies.

3. Store responsibility

Delivery, key validity, region restrictions, refunds and customer support are the responsibility of the relevant store. Complaints about listed stores must be sent directly to the store.

4. Affiliate links and ads

Some store links are affiliate links; we may earn a commission on purchases made through them. This does not change the price you pay and does not affect the price ranking. Ads may be shown on the site.

5. Accounts and acceptable use

• Accounts are created with your Steam account; you are responsible for the security of your Steam account.
• Scraping the site with automated tools, abusing the click or alert systems and sending requests at a volume that disrupts the service are prohibited. Such use may be blocked by rate limits and accounts may be closed.
• Price alerts are a convenience; we accept no liability if notifications arrive late or not at all.

6. Intellectual property and copyright

Game titles, cover art, screenshots, trailers and logos belong to their respective owners and are shown only to present the game and its price information. Steam and the Steam logo are trademarks of Valve Corporation; Xbox and Game Pass are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. bualinirmi.tr is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve, Microsoft or the listed stores. Price data is provided by CheapShark.

If you believe content infringes your rights, let us know with the content's URL and proof of ownership; we will review it within a reasonable time and remove it if necessary.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for damages arising from price errors, outages or the transactions of third-party stores.

These terms may be updated; the current version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
